This funky green pup painting is done on two 1/4" thick pieces of salvaged cedar boards that I attached together to make a panel resembling an old crate end. The panel has a great primitive look with cracks and knots showing under the paint witch adds a great rustic feel to a funky-modern painting. On this panel I painted a funky folk art Lime Green dog with a Bright Yellow lightning bolt running down his back. This cute dog is painted in a funky folk art style with Black outlines and White highlights. The background is a Light Sky Blue with Black and White dry brushed here and there to add depth to the background. This painting measures 9" tall by 9" wide. I sealed it with a protective water based sealer, numbered and dated it. The painting has a wire hanger attached to the back so it's ready for your wall. I retain all copyrights.
