Red Mushroom Christmas Tree Ornament Funky Woodland Folk Art Original Painting

Original Ornament Primitive Folk Art Mushroom. I made this primitive folk art Mushroom ornament from 1/8" thick wallboard that we salvaged from our house remodel. I distressed the board, painted the background Key West Blue and aged it with a darker turquoise paint. I painted a Red Mushroom with white spots on one side of the ornament. This Ornament has a great woodland feel. Our ornaments are hand made, the distressing and aging is done by hand rubbing the finish and the subject matter (in this case a Mushroom) are handpainted. This original funky folk art Christmas ornament is an approximately 2 3/4" square that is hung diagonally. It measures approximately 3 7/8" across from corner to corner and hangs from a loop of clear fishing line. This artwork is signed by me on the back. We retain all copyrights. Amanda Chilaili Rain.
