Original Large Farmhouse Primitive Folk Art Painting Barn Owl In Tree

Original Wise Old Barn Owl Painting by Alec Rain. Add some rustic primitive folk art to your home decor!! This original folk art owl painting is done on a piece of 5/8" thick plywood that we salvaged from the neighbor's house remodel. I painted a country landscape of rolling golden fields and hills at dusk. A wise old barn owl sits in it's hollowed out tree nest, ready to take flight and greet the night. The sides of the panel have been painted black to add a finished, framed look. This farmhouse decor painting measures 12" tall and 18" wide. I sealed it with a protective water based sealer, signed, numbered and dated it. The back has a pair of keyhole slot hangers cut into it, so it's ready to hang flush against your wall.
